Steps For Changing PTCL-DSL Wifi Password
Now you have to follow the below steps in terms of changing the real-time wifi password.
- Open Web Browser
- Enter IP Address
- Type Username & Password
- Enter PTCL Admin Panel
- Click On Security
- Set A New Password
Open Web Browser
In the very first step, you need to open your web browser on your device like PC or Mobile. You would go for any reliable browser like Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer etc.
Enter IP Address
After opening your desired browser now you have to type PTCL IP address in the search bar of the browser which is on the top of the browser. There are two types of IP addresses usually for PTCL users.
- 192.168.1.1
- 192.168.10.1

Type Username & Password
When you put the IP address in the address bar and hit enter you would receive a pop-up dialogue box, they were asking you to enter your username & password in the required fields.
Most of the time default username and password was respectively “admin”. If your default details were not admin then you have to check your PTCL Router downside where all the necessary details were available for you. 
Enter PTCL Admin Panel
Now after entering all the important details, now you were logged into your PTCL admin panel. Here you can find all the details about your modem router.
All the details were available on the left side of the admin panel here you see an option “Wireless“. Now just click on the option wireless.
Click On Security
As you already entered the PTCL admin panel details now a new field was open on the right side of the PTCL admin panel page. Here you have to click on the security option. Now here you see a security option WPA/WAPI passphrase bar
Set A New Password
Now after reaching the security option you have to follow the below option set by step for creating a new password for your DSL Wifi.
- WPA/WAPI passphrase bar
- Now click on the “Change Your Wifi Password” option.
- Now you have to enter your “New Password“.
- Now you are on the downside of this page a button “Apply”.
- Now click on the “Apply” button.
- Your password was created successfully.
